Love is You

I prayed to God for somethig specific about someone specific. Personal. He answered me specifically through the following verses in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, the Love chapter and the verses that describes that specific the most. A rhema I've held for so long I desired to live it out. Not just to memorize but to make it actual. Particularly special in my heart for I have known love not as a fleeting feeling or emotion. But an actual person who made a specific decision. What my specific request might be, I may not yet share for I myself do not fully understand. But someday I will. Oh someday I'll finally will. For now all I know when I read each word, each line, reminds me of someone this time. Let me call this person 'You' for now. "Love (You) endures with patience and serenity, love(You) is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love (You) does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. You is not rude; You is not self-seeking, You is not provoked [no...

Always in a Hurry in the Morning? Have Healthy Breakfast Choices

Picture from Bing Breaking the Fast If skipping breakfast and on the go food is the only option, go for a healthy fast food breakfast. It’s better than going through half of the day before lunch with an empty stomach. It’s also good for the body since morning eaters have a tendency to have the lowest body mass indexes (BMIs) than those ‘skippers’. Why?
