Drink Up! Here's a few Tips to Beat the Heat

Are you tired easily?
Mood swings and changing temperaments also?

You might be low in H2O.

According to study, dehydration contributes a lot with fatigue and the emotional changes also. Maybe you just need a swig of water now or adding more water to your diet.
Sounds easy? Just thinking of that plain old boring water loses your appetite with it. But here are a few tips to make it a great experience and hydrating at the same time.

Try putting a bit of flavour in your water like a squeeze of lemon; drops of natural flavouring agents or even make ice cubes with mint sprigs on them and pop it on your water.

Are you in with spice? Eat spicy foods and it will make you reach out more for water and it will also boost your metabolism (just not too much!).

How about keeping it close with a reusable water bottle in hand and on the go? Choose one that would fit with your preferences, activity and use.

To add ‘on the go’ mind-set, download an app that would remind you to drink up or set your alarm to remind you throughout the day.
Not still convinced? How about saving you from calories and on your cash also! Ordering water only cuts back on high calorie frappes and at the same time very light in the wallet.

Sometimes I get frustrated in discipleship.  My frustrations might seem directed towards people but its actually the FEARS thats eating them alive. I am angry at that. I really want to send them back to where they belong. I mean the Fear ha? Not the person! But at the same time you feel very helpless to help the person. See the picture? That’s our University field. It’s so vast for me even I’ve seen it almost my whole life.
