Love is patient It is not bound by time. Never limited by seconds, minutes and hours. Time does not alter love for it is not an emotion or feelings that simply fade. But instead a decision made. Love does not decrease in passion over time instead it grows stronger and stronger, more potent each passing days, months and years. Like wine (or stinky cheese) it gets sweeter (or stronger? ;- ) in time. So love learns to wait. It thrills in the waiting season, confident in every turning that it will remain the same. Yesterday during our first youth reload for the month of February, i was the one who made the offering challenge. i asked the room of 70 plus students about tjeir first love. I got giggles and laughs. Whenever that topic pops they all get kilig. Then i asked them, 'what was the very first thing you learned when you liked or loved someone for the first time?' It got interesting...and at the same time saddening. My heart broke. Almost all of them answered negatively or they got hurt or not to trust someone so much. so i answered them with these: 'When you first liked or love someone, the very first thing you learned is giving. Because that feeling in your heart was so intense, overflowing and bursting you just don't know how to contain it how much more express it to that person you love.
