Last night, I went to OMF Lit to buy Daddy's Bible. He specifically requested that I would buy a bible that is large print just like our Senior Pastor, Pas Ruffy Lagat (jajaja...kay Jr Pastor si Daddy!jajajaj!!!). I had a hard time choosing his Bible, since he was not around. I wanted him to read the Bible if he could understand it or if he is "hiyang" with the versions. There was NLT, NIV and even NRSV. I even called Mommy and I recited Proverbs 29 to her. Jajajajaja!!! I think the in charge thought I was crazy. Right now my parents are sharing with one Bible. After weighing my options and my budget (tama lang talaga yung pinadala sa akin), I chose the NIV Bible-Large print with Mommy's approval on the phone. I also bought a cover as my gift for daddy.
