Disappointed

I hear you speak. In a crowded jeep or street. You tell me things, in my Secret Place, As if we are face to face. I sense you, In the Stillness of time. You make me feel emotions, While reading between the lines. I see you in a crowded street. You are the Lame and Weak. You are the Angry and the Hurt. They are your Glory unrefined. But I am saddened, for the ones called turn a deaf ear, the ones with seeing eyes turn blind. and those who could speak become dumb. Why do they refuse? To hear the unrelenting Call. Why do they turn away? to let your Way. I am hurt. not for me but for you. Outstretched, you gave your life. arms wide opened, You let them in. But they let themselves out. "I love you" You keep on telling me. "My feelings for you is much to strong." You keep reminding me. God, Father. Jesus, My Friend and Lover. Why can't they see it? Why can't they feel it? Why can't they hear it? Send me Lord to the Hurting. Your Comfort be their Comfort. Send ...
WEEEeeeeee!!!!! Kitakits!!!
No Turning Back Simon Peter replied, "Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words that give eternal life." John 6:68 We entered the haunted house with great anticipation. As we stepped into the gloomy, dark elevator, a foreboding voice boomed, "Theres no turning back!" Suddenly, our five-year-old cried out, "I want to turn back! I want to turn back!" He was petrified. Having no understanding of the fun to come, he panicked. All he knew was that he would rather be waiting in the tediously long line we had just left than trapped in that room with no way out. When facing the unknown, we may be tempted to retreat, quit, or refuse to move forward. We may be tempted to panic and doubt God's wisdom . The disciples had many of the same feelings when Jesus began to explain the depth of commitment required to follow him in John 6. Many simply dropped away. Jesus asked his closest friends if they, too, were going to leave. Peter made an amazing statement. Knowi...

Love Came Down

Love Came Down by Brian Johnson Verse 1 If my heart is overwhelmed and I cannot hear your voice I hold onto what is true, though I cannot see If the storms of life they come, and the road ahead gets steep I will lift these hands in faith, I will believe Pre-Chorus I remind myself of all that you’ve done And the life I have because of your son Chorus Love came down and rescued me Love came down and set me free I am yours I am forever yours Mountain high or valley low I sing out and remind my soul I am yours I am forever yours Verse 2 When my heart is filled with hope, and every promise comes my way When I feel your hands of grace, rest upon me Staying desperate for you God, Staying humbled at your feet I will lift these hands and praise, I will believe ...." I am yours, I am forever yours".. I listen to this song and I'm reminded of God's great love and why I should do what He wants me to do. When everything seems unclear, I think how your love came down- Through Chris...

Weekend of Surprises

Last weekend (10/1-2/11), went home with Jamiekai. It was the usual trip- 3 hours of sitting. But for me and jam it was more of snoozing and changing positions on the van seats.jajajajaj!! My first surprise came the moment I arrived home. My Parents bought me this: K43SV Stay Cool with Metallic Chic It was really a surprise!! My father was just laughing. "Surprise!"... I hugged my parents. I was praying and desiring for a new laptop, I could use not just in my work/Business but also on my open cell and close cell. #GodisFaithful Until now, I just keep on staring at the laptop, it was new according to my parents, only a month old from it's previous owner. I am blessed...Just blessed..I made a promise to myself to take care of it because it's a show how my parents are so thoughtful. We were not raised for materialism, we grow up on the though of hard work before you earn something. But at the same time, not to over value everything because all things are temporal. Surp...

Hospital Beds, IV's and Birthdays

Last September 28, 2011, Wednesday was Ate Myra's Birthday. Sadly, she was admitted at the DMSF Hospital a night before because she had a seizure and hyperventilated. On her birthday I dropped by Ma Anne since I was just around PISD (official business po)... While I was there I asked her if I could stay for lunch since my next appointment would be after lunch. She suggested that if I could visit ate Myra at the hospital. I agreed. She asked me to bring te Myra bananas (isang piling ng saging na may love letter ni Ma Anne, jajaja!!).. Then Off I go!! I arrived at hospital before lunch. Ate Joy (one of Ma Anne's P12) was with her. We chatted then I gave her the bananas (jejeje...she was overwhelmed. Very touched!!) She shared to me what happened why she was rushed to the ER and now admitted to the hospital. And how God was gracious with her, blessing her with classmates, teachers, C.I's and even their dean on her admission. Even the room was already reserved for another patie...

Daddy's Bible

Last night, I went to OMF Lit to buy Daddy's Bible. He specifically requested that I would buy a bible that is large print just like our Senior Pastor, Pas Ruffy Lagat (jajaja...kay Jr Pastor si Daddy!jajajaj!!!). I had a hard time choosing his Bible, since he was not around. I wanted him to read the Bible if he could understand it or if he is "hiyang" with the versions. There was NLT, NIV and even NRSV. I even called Mommy and I recited Proverbs 29 to her. Jajajajaja!!! I think the in charge thought I was crazy. Right now my parents are sharing with one Bible. After weighing my options and my budget (tama lang talaga yung pinadala sa akin), I chose the NIV Bible-Large print with Mommy's approval on the phone. I also bought a cover as my gift for daddy. I hope he likes it!!jejejejeje...Pastor na jud akong Papa!!! Pastor's Kid na pud ko..Maka Happy!!Thank you for your Grace Lord!! After the purchase, I went to Mcdonalds Bajada for a date with Sisy Jamiekai and S...
